“A lot of love for the volunteers! They really made the difference.” Nina Valkhoff, Artist

Volunteers have been, and always will be, an essential part of the Waterford Walls Festival. Each year we look for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals for a host of interesting roles – there really is something to suit all ages, interests, skills sets and abilities! Volunteering is a great way to work closely with the team and artists, helping to deliver a great event, while also meeting new and interesting people, learning new skills and most importantly, having some fun. If you would like a brochure, a copy of the full Volunteer Programme, or if you would like to become a volunteer at Waterford Walls 2019, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator MJ at mj@waterfordwalls.ie – you won’t regret it!

Here is some of what our volunteers have to say about what they enjoy the most while volunteering at our festival:

“My favourite part of volunteering is making new networks with people, along with giving as much as I can towards the cause/event.”

“Getting to be part of a great festival”

“Interacting with both the artists and the public”
